The triticale color sorter is a professional equipment based on the optical characteristics differences of triticale, using photoelectric technology and image processing technology to efficiently and accurately screen triticale. After entering the color sorter, the triticale is illuminated by a high-intensity and uniform light source. The high-resolution CCD sensor captures these light signals and converts them into electrical signals, which are transmitted to the intelligent control system and compared with the preset standard parameters. For the triticale that does not meet the requirements, high-pressure airflow is sprayed out through a jet device to blow it away, thus achieving the screening of triticale.
Triticale is usually oblong in shape, larger and fuller than ordinary wheat, with rich and glossy colors.
