Installation Requirements for Spice Sorting Machine
Check whether the distribution of pipe and hopper is correct, and check whether there is gap in hopper that leading to material mixed .
Check the level of color sorter.
When installing the air pipe, it must be cleaned before installation. Once dirty enters valves, great loss.
Check whether there are foreign materials on the chutes. Clean it to prevent rice jumping in the process of color sorting.
Pay attention to the spring position when installing the vibrator. The left and right sides should not touch the chute. The distance between the vibrator outlet and the chute should be adjusted according to the input capacity.
Before power on, the wiring of circuit box must be checked again to prevent loosening due to vibration during transportation.
Check the incoming voltage, clear the AC L/N , check the voltage of each electrical equipment, and install the ground wire.
