The perlite color sorter is a highly efficient equipment specifically designed for the sorting of perlite raw materials. The working principle of the perlite color sorter is based on photoelectric detection technology. After the equipment is activated, the raw materials are poured into the feeding hopper and enter the observation area of the sorting chamber through a chute. Subsequently, a light source illuminates the surface of the raw materials, which is captured by a high-definition camera. The images captured by the camera are transmitted to the backend for analysis and comparison with a preset database. When particles of different colors are identified, an electromagnetic valve is triggered, and air from the air compressor is rapidly blown out through a nozzle to strike the discolored materials, altering their trajectories. All hit discolored particles enter the defective material hopper, while normal high-quality particles enter the good material hopper, thereby completing the separation of good and defective materials.
