The AI algorithm distinguished between qualified products and impurities in milliseconds, while the high-speed air jet valves precisely removed defective materials.
After processing, the finished Sichuan pepper exhibits uniform and bright coloration, free from blackened or withered pods, and retains intact, plump grains, significantly enhancing its spiciness and appearance. The separated waste materials are fully segregated-molded pods, stems, and sand-are efficiently removed with a controlled ratio, minimizing waste of quality pepper and markedly improving raw material utilization. The entire system operates continuously for 24 hours. When handling high-dust pepper raw materials, the optical module features built-in dust-proof protection, ensuring stable sorting accuracy over extended periods without frequent shutdowns for lens cleaning.
