The show runs March 30 – April 2, 2025. It's at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai (Puxi Hongqiao). Huge event – 700,000 square meters across Pudong and Puxi, over 5,000 exhibitors, and something like 400,000 visitors expected. Covers everything from catering equipment to coffee, tea, baked goods, packaging, and franchise chains.
This year they've also bundled it with the Shanghai Tourism Industry Expo – so you get food, hotel, travel, retail, and big health all in one place. A lot to see. But don't get lost.
