Friends who have just come into contact with color sorting machines should have a vague understanding of the common terms used in color sorting machines, so they may not be able to grasp the knowledge of color sorting machines clearly. Today, I will introduce some commonly used terms for color sorting machines to help you better understand them. Taking rice as an example:
1. Non colored particles: Refers to non colored particles that are different in color from qualified rice.
2. Selection rate: The ratio of the mass of qualified rice samples after color selection, excluding particles with different colors, to the mass of qualified samples, expressed as a percentage.
3. Removal rate: The ratio of the color particles removed from rice after color selection to the color particles contained in the material before color selection, expressed as a percentage.
4. Take out ratio: the ratio of particles with different colors removed by color selection to qualified rice particles removed by color selection.
5. One time take out ratio: The take out ratio after one color selection.
6. Secondary carryout ratio: The carryout ratio after removing particles in the first color selection and then undergoing color selection.
7. Channel: As the main parameter in the model, it refers to the number of jet nozzles in the color sorting machine that complete the action of removing particles with different colors.
