1. Check if the valve is intact and the order of blowing nozzles.
2. Check if all the light tubes are bright and clear the dust by hand, and see if the dust is normal.
3. Check if all the circuit connectors in the electrical control box are loose. Check if the components in the sorting box are intact, fixed and correctly connected to the live wire, neutral wire and ground wire of the voltage regulator power supply.
4. Adjust the level of the machine and check if the air pressure is normal (total inlet pressure is 0.5 to 0.8 Mpa, valve pressure is 0.2 to 0.25 Mpa, and ash cleaning is 0.4 to).
5. Adjust the vibrator screw and the pressure reducing plate to check the position of the meter track and the blowing position, and adjust the position of the camera after completion.
6. Ensure that the glass and background board are clean and cut, observe whether the rice path jumps (regardless of the material, there is a phenomenon of jumping), and adjust the position of the background board and glass board.
7. Adjust delay, width, background board, sensitivity, and yield.
