How To Evaluate The Performance And Quality Of A Color Sorter

Oct 14, 2025 Leave a message

1. Check core performance: accuracy (net selection rate, such as grain requirement ≥ 99.5%), processing capacity (matching production line capacity to avoid insufficient or wasteful use), and take out ratio (higher, better, reducing qualified material loss, grain requirement ≥ 8:1);

2. Check hardware configuration: optical system (choose industrial grade CCD camera, imported LED light source, long lifespan, accurate recognition), execution components (all metal spray valve, lifespan ≥ 10 billion times, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant conveyor belt);

3. Check actual performance: Run continuously for 4 hours using your own materials (based on the worst-case scenario in production, such as high impurity content and high humidity), to see if the accuracy and processing capacity are stable, without any lagging or missing items;

4. Check the software's intelligence: whether it can self learn (automatically identify small amounts of impurities), adjust parameters easily (even beginners can quickly switch materials), and preferably support remote operation and maintenance (faults can be repaired remotely);

5. Check the after-sales guarantee: The core components are guaranteed for at least 2 years, with 24-hour after-sales response. Key spare parts (such as spray valves) can be quickly delivered to avoid long-term downtime.
