Next, we will provide several daily maintenance methods for the miscellaneous grain sorting machine that users are concerned about.
1. Maintenance operations before each use: Check whether the sorting machine, air compressor, air storage tank, filter and other components are intact and loose, clean the dust and drainage of each part.
2. Dust removal of dust cleaner: Use a dust cleaning air gun to clean the dust on the surface (bristles) brush of the dust cleaner once a week; Check the smooth operation of the brush once a month, and if there is any looseness, tighten the loose position. After using for a period of time, if the soft skin (hair) of the brush tilts to one side, the brush can be removed and swapped up and down to continue use.
3. Dust removal in the sorting room: If there is dust on the glass inside and outside the sorting room (usually the glass in front of the sorting room), use a clean soft cloth dipped in alcohol to wipe it off, and check if the dust cleaner is running properly. Wait until the glass surface is completely dry and clean before proceeding with color selection.
4. Surface inspection of the slide: Check for stains on the surface and wipe it with alcohol once a month.
5. Filter drainage: The filtering device of all pneumatic air supply parts of the machine must discharge sewage frequently (at least twice per shift) to prevent various impurities from entering the core components of the machine and damaging it, so as to avoid unnecessary losses.
6. During operation inspection: Check the inspection signal indication (including work indication and alarm indication) and the action of the spray valve during operation;
7. Maintenance operation after work shutdown: Please use an air gun to clean the vibrator (especially the condensed material in the vibrator bucket), the interior of the machine body, the hopper, and the cleaning brush.
Attention: When cleaning the hopper with an air gun, it is strictly prohibited to blow the nozzle directly with the air gun. Otherwise, it may cause damage to the spray valve!
Monthly: Check the filter cartridge; Check the cleanliness of the dust cleaning brush.
