Hazelnuts color sorter is a device based on advanced visual technology, which plays an important role in the hazelnuts processing industry. When hazelnuts fall into the sorting box along the feeding chute through the vibrator, the image sensor CCD and background equipment of the color sorter quickly capture the image information of hazelnuts and compare it with the preset hazelnuts image information. Then, under the action of the light source, the CCD receives the synthesized light signal from the candidate material, causing the system to generate an output signal, which is amplified and transmitted to the processing system. The control system then sends instructions to drive the spray solenoid valve to blow out hazelnuts that do not meet the preset standards, while hazelnuts that meet the standards continue to fall into the finished product cavity of the hopper.

 

Hazelnuts are usually round or oval in shape, slightly flat, with a hard outer shell that is dark brown or light brown in color. The surface is smooth or finely textured, and the kernels have a smooth surface with a crispy and hard texture. They are rich in oil and are milky white or light yellow in color.
