The working principle of the walnuts color sorter is based on the optical characteristics differences of walnuts and the image recognition system. When walnuts enter the color sorter through a vibration device, high-speed cameras and optical sensors are used to scan the walnuts, capturing their color, shape, and surface features. The intelligent algorithm of the walnuts color sorter analyzes the color, appearance, size, and other characteristics of walnuts, identifies impurities and walnuts that do not meet the preset standards.
