Here's the thing about barite: after mining, it usually needs washing. Most sorters require the material to be bone-dry before they can do their job. That means drying equipment, energy costs, and lost time.
Ours doesn't care. This machine handles wet feed just as well as dry feed . Run it straight out of the wash plant. Skip the drying step. Same accuracy, same throughput, lower operating cost.

Barite comes in all sizes-from fine powder up to chunks the size of your fist. Our sorter handles the full spectrum:
Down to 16 mesh for fine material
Up to 50mm for coarse lumps
Mixed sizes? No problem. 0.1-0.5cm, 0.5-3cm, 3-5cm-run them together without reconfiguring the machine
The secret is our dual-layer belt system. Material feeds in a controlled stream, passes under high-resolution CCD cameras, and precision air jets fire exactly when they need to. Good barite keeps going. Impurities get ejected.
